I’ve successfully transitioned back to normal bowel movement after a day of juices, vegetable soup, and mixed nuts (felt like I needed the protein). My wife came off after day 11 (am really proud of her!). We took the family to a local health food café (http://www.lifecafe.com.hk/) to celebrate. The first food after a long fast is pretty intense. My first glass of orange juice tasted very good (your sense of smell heightens with the fast) and I could feel a “buzz” I think just from something different half way into the glass. I also had a lot of gas as I could imagine my digestive system wondering what happened to the lemonade.
My first bowl of soup was also pretty intense. Again, the flavors and being able to just sit with it and enjoy the experience of eating. I also ate a lot of nuts to help stabilize and reverse the muscle loss and ate a few bananas to help promote healthy bowel movement which came back quickly. It was a concern as I wasn’t able to go without the assistance of laxative tea during the cleanse. The stools looked pretty healthy as well. Getting my digestive system sorted out was a major factor in my decision to start the cleanse.
If anything, the master cleanse has taught me to better pace myself and what I do during the day. So many of us are rushed every day without much time to enjoy what is happening around us. For what? Why? One can still keep the focus and intensity when engaged. But developing a deeper understanding of why I do what I do and working within the context the reality that presents itself is the first step towards cultivating inner peace.
It’s been great to be sitting with the kids and sharing a meal again.

This is a message from Dick Ma.
So I don't know what is your meaning about "cleansing" up to now. If the result is about "protein" loss and "muscle" loss, then what is the advantages in physical health? I'd warn you about the consequences in Mr. Jam's blog. I rather to hear about "fat" loss as it is much more positive and better hearing.
And you'd made the conclusion too fast, too soon. Will you tell us about the result after a month?
Just eating is a basic instinct of every animal. If you hungry, you will eat. It is about if you are eat smart or not. This is my conclusion.
